Prerequisites to Workstation Use

The following requirements must be met before you can begin to use Cogynt Workstation:

• Data (events) must have been successfully produced from Authoring and Hierarchical Complex Event Processing (HCEP) into Kafka.
• An authentication provider must have been selected and implemented with the installation of Cogynt.
• The user(s) that are responsible for the setup and configuration of Workstation should be granted a role or group that have appropriate permissions to the system functions required (each section in the user guide will describe which permissions are needed to access certain functions).

Note: Google Chrome version 105 or higher is recommended for Cogynt Workstation.
