Prerequisites to Workstation Use

The following requirements must be met before using Cogynt Workstation:

• Data (events) must have been successfully produced from Authoring and Hierarchical Complex Event Processing (HCEP) into Kafka.
• An authentication provider must have been selected and implemented with the installation of Cogynt.
• The user(s) responsible for the setup and configuration of Workstation should be granted a role or group that has the appropriate permissions for the system functions required. (Each section in the user guide describes which permissions are needed to access certain functions.)

Note

Google Chrome version 105 or higher is recommended for Cogynt Workstation.
