Deploying Models to Cogynt Workstation

Once you've finished building a model, the next step is to put the model to use by deploying it to Cogynt Workstation. You'll deploy the model from Cogynt Authoring.

To deploy your model:

1. Open your project in Cogynt Authoring if it is not already open.
2. On the application toolbar, click Deployments.
3. In the Deployments dialog, click the + New Deployment.
4. In the Create Deployment dialog:
   1. In the Name field, enter a name for the deployment. (For this exercise, "Hello-world-deployment" is recommended.)
   2. Include an optional Description.
   3. Select the Pattern to be deployed. In this case, your pattern should be something like hello_world_results.
   4. Click Create.
5. Back in the Deployments dialog, the deployment you created appears in the list of available deployments. Click the More menu (⋮).
6. Click Deploy. In the Confirm Deployment dialog, verify the deployment details and then click Deploy to complete the deployment process.

Once you've confirmed the operation, the deployment's status changes in the Deployments table:

• The status is Not Deployed while the deployment is not deployed.
• The status is Running once the deployment is active.

After your deployment is Running, you can move on to creating workspaces in Workstation to analyze and visualize your data.
