  2. From the Default Role dropdown menu, select the role to become the default.

Note

Only Super Admin users can change the default role

Future users created in Cogynt will receive this default role.

Deactivating Users

A user who is no longer necessary or should not have access to the system can be deactivated. This removes the user's access permissions without deleting their information from the system.

Deactivating users requires write permissions for Users: Account Status.

To deactivate users:

  1. From the left side menu, click View Users.
  2. Locate the user to be deleted. CLick > to open the user profile.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. From the Status dropdown, select Deactivated.

Deactivated users cannot visit Cogynt applications that they were previously authorized to access.
